Shipping policy

Please note that once the package is sent via Canada Post, we must respect Canada Post shipping policy. If you do not receive your package after 10 business days of receiving notification from us that your package has been shipped, contact us and we will take the appropriate steps via Canada Post guidelines to determine what happened to the package and if applicable, we may be able to issue full refund when Canada Post has determined the package as a lost item.
