Return Policy
At our store, we always make sure that our products are of good quality and are carefully inspected before shipping. If you do receive a defective product, don't worry, we have a very easy return process. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
What should you do when you receive a defective product?
If you are not happy with your recent purchase, please do the following:

Contact us by phone or email within 3 days of receiving the product.

Provide us with photos or videos that clearly show the quality defects of the product.

Once it is confirmed that the product is defective (this confirmation process usually takes 1-2 business days), you will receive a confirmation email that your return request has been approved.

A refund will be arranged to your original payment method once the items has been returned to us.
- Shipping charges for returns shall be borne by you. After we have received the returned item and confirmed the defect, shipping charges for returns will be refunded.Â
Can I return or cancel my order if it is not a quality issue?

Cancellations are accepted before shipment. Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled.

If you initiate a return or exchange for a reason other than a quality defect, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and the redelivery shipping costs.

Returns and exchanges are only accepted within 3 days of receipt of the goods by contacting us within 3 days of purchase date.

You will receive a refund without having to return the package if: the courier confirms that the package is missing or damaged; we sent the wrong item or sent the wrong size/printed item.
Can I return an item if it is worn, damaged or if the label has been removed?

Unfortunately, we can only accept items that are - undamaged and unwashed, with tags and packaging still attached. Please only return items that are in the same condition as when you received them

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that have a non-returnable symbol on them, or for complimentary items.
Refund

We will process your refund within 7 business days of confirming it with you. Your refund will be processed through your original payment method (credit or debit cards may take an additional 3-7 business days to process).

Shipping and insurance charges are not refunded.
Important Reminder:
- Please do not return the item until we have determined the eligibility of the refund. This will delay your return process.
- Please make sure that your return package does not contain any non-Treaty 1850 Store items, or we will not be responsible for sending them back to you.
- Once the eligibility has been confirmed we will provide you with our shipping instructions.
